Additional Information: The study was conducted to find the most accepted potato chips available in the market. Seven brands of potato chips were selected for this study. Sensory analysis of the different variety of potato chips were done, for this two methods were used that is Qualitative Descriptive Analysis and Ranking test. In QDA the sensory aspects like colour, aroma, texture, taste and overall quality were analyzed and in ranking test saltiness, crispness and over all acceptability were done. The proximate analysis like moisture analysis and fat analysis were done.
