Additional Information: The project was focused on the characterization of bacteriocin, which were isolated from various food commodities. PCR products were purified by Promega Column Chromatography. The bacteriocin was extracted using chloroform extraction procedure which was found to be effective for the determination of molecular weight by Tricine SDS-PAGE analysis. 38
