Abstract

The article reviews the control of infestation in rice and includes: pre-harvest disinfestation to prevent 'yellowing' and mycotoxins; insect control of paddy during transport and storage; protection of milled and parboiled rice; disinfestation in small scale domestic stores and commercial warehouses; and rodent control problems.
