Additional Information: This report relates the design and development of Circular Fryer Machine used for mass production of traditional food items like boondi which require deep fat frying. It mainly consists of calculations done on the power requirement of the machine, the centre of gravity of each part of the machine and the specific heat of the boondi batter. It also contains a section which provides the calculation of mass of each part of the machine in a discrete manner. All these calculations aid in the process of design and development of the Circular Fryer.
