Abstract

Zineb can be determined colorimetrically after reaction with cupric acetate in HCl. The Cu salt formed is measured at 370 nm. This method has been applied successfully to the analysis of zineb formulations and zineb on grains (rice, wheat, sorghum, maize) and peanut pods.
