Abstract

Dialysis of aflatoxin-containing food materials in 80% aqueous methanol against 20% aqueous methanol has been found to yield a constant value of about 20% of aflatoxin in the dialysate when dialysed for 30 min with continuous stirring. Based on these data a rapid method for aflatoxin analysis is suggested.
