Abstract

The present study entitled ‘Formulation and Quality Evaluation of Infant Food with Bifidogenic Factor from Food Source’ is carried out with the aim of infusing bioactive components that would functionally mimic HMOs and prebiotics which would act as bifidogenic growth promoters/enhancers once assimilated and acted upon by probiotics in the intestine in order to establish a symbiotic relationship with the host.
